Here is part 1 of a 3-part interview we had with arguably one of the most successful underground hip-hop artists of all time, Tech N9ne.  Regarded by many (including us here, previously) as a painted face, devil worshipping outcast-type of artist, there is ALOT more to Tech than you may realize if you’re not already one of his millions of die-hard fans (aka Technicians).   Feeling a bit humbled and somewhat guilty after the interview, we actually had a great experience with Tech and I personally am a born-again “Technician”.

What we originally thought would be a brief interview with Tech about the indie movement turned into what I like to refer to as a one hour “Barbara Walters special”.  One of our favorite interviews of all time here at HoodHype, Tech was a real stand-up dude, really interesting and a real pleasure to speak with.  Stay tuned for parts 2 and 3,  we got into some  really good stuff later on.
