Brother Ali is one of those dudes who to me, is one of the most slept on underground MC’s of all time.   The beauty of it all however is, this year, 2009 has been the year of the underground.

We’ve been seeing alot of artists you wouldn’t normally hear about, bubble to the top and Brother Ali is one among others like Tech N9ne, Bobby Ray and Diamond District (whose album just dropped today).  There’s countless others out there too.  Don’t sleep.
