We went mobile this week and switched up the location for this episode. The names and faces haven't changed and the game is still the same though, check it out it was a crazy episode full of basketball finals, meat copters and hip-hop! Wait what?
At the Royal Oak Music Theater in Michigan. We have a BUNCH of footage from that night, here's a collection of clips. Eminem made a special appearance on the "2.0 Boys" song as they closed out the night. Great show... we'll be posting the rest of the footage very soon!
Back off "the sickness" and we throw you all another curve ball as we run half the show in "the basement" and then we took it to the road as we headed to the Shady 2.0 show (we even snuck in a couple audio snippets from the show for you all).
Finally! Crooked I was the last member of Slaughterhouse we had yet to interview on the show. And now it's done! Quite possibly one of our favorites. We spoke to him about everything from the Kunta Kenzino (Benzino) debacle to the status of the Slaughterhouse/Shady deal to which Crooked said "IF Slaughterhouse is on any label in the world, in my opinion, Shady Records is the best fit. Thats the best fit to me". So it looks like they still don't have a solid statement to make on the deal, but judging from the sounds of it, that's definitely not slowing down the likes of Slaughterhouse and Crooked I.

Eminem murkin the same beat after the jump...which begs the question... if Em had this beat before Slaughterhouse even dropped the single and album, how long has he been talking with Slaughterhouse about a deal? Or maybe it's simply that it's an Alchemist beat and Alchemist is Em's DJ. Whoooooooo knows. Read the rest of this entry »
Another new joint from Crooked I courtesy of the cool cats over @ 2dopeboyz. This track is produced by a Detroiter named Keyz, and is off Keyz's World Premiere project which you can also download below.
Shouts to Eskay @ NahRight and Flud Watches for supporting a great album. Like most of the free albums & mixtapes dropping these days, Cookin Soul is no exception to the rule that free albums are out bangin' retail, major label albums.
