Finally. Been wondering what these guys have been up to. We've been following A.DD+ for close to three years now and watched these guys evolve and grow, it's been an amazing transformation. Big shouts to Slim and Paris for continuing to work and follow their dreams.

'Can't You See' is a collaboration between Dallas rap group (and Red Bull Soundstage artists) A.Dd+ and producer NickNack. The video was directed and produced by OG of Luxury Mindz.

The song, which appears on NickNack's album 'State Machine' and is available at Crowd Control Records and NickNack's bandcamp page, came about when A.Dd+'s DJ Sober met up with NickNack in Austin during a Red Bull Thre3Style event. NickNack said he was a fan of the group and played a few beats. The end result was 'Can't You See,' a head-bobbing tune with a soulful beat and sharp lyrics from rappers Paris Pershun and Slim Gravy.

A.Dd+ debuted their first album, 'When Pigs Fly,' in 2011 to wide acclaim, earning raves from Pitchfork Media and XXL. The group's upcoming mixtape, 'DiveHiFlyLo,' drops January 26. A.Dd+ will celebrate the release with a performance at the Granada Theater in Dallas.

The Dallas Texas duo (Slim Gravy & Paris Pershun) perform their (Black Milk produced) track at the Blind Pig in Ann Arbor, Michigan for their Claps & Slaps Tour with Black Milk and Seattle Washington's J.Pinder.

I've been following A.Dd+ for just about two years now, so it goes without saying that I'm a huge fan of their work.  This tour is a good look and I hope these dudes absolutely rip it at SXSW.  Much respect.

If you didn't catch the message the last five hundred times we complained, cried, wept, and whined about it, we had to bag ALL of our plans to visit SXSW 2011 this year. It ain't pretty to see grown men crying. Luckily for us, we were able to connect with Crew54 and they are taking us all along for the trip and sharing a ton of excellent video with us and you.

Here's the first video cut from the series.  Check it out.

Much respect and thanks to G-Christ, M.O.S. and their entire crew that put this together!

I didn't mind these guys' free album (The Green Room EP) they dropped which included this track and an insanely hot track titled "Bloodshed".  Listen to the words on this joint.

"De-segregate hip-hop bruh!" - Scarface

Last night as we were recording another episode of the HoodHype show, we ended up getting into the topic of VH1's hip-hop honors honoring the "dirty south" and Scarface's recent comments and verbally dressing down the entire event.  Little did we know, listeners were active as hell on twitter (especially the homie D, shouts to you!) getting at Face which spurred him to call in and address the topic right then and there.   Face broke it down gave us his feelings on the way VH1 and all the other "suits" in the industry continue to make a mockery of hip-hop music in the South.  Major didn't back down though, he covered damn near anything people were wondering about Face's feelings on the situation.

The interview didn't end on that topic though.  You know we had to ask him if he was working on any music, and he said he's currently working on a new album that would be a "mirror of The Fix" which he says will be titled The Habit, which as any Scarface fan knows, was a classic.  With that business out of the way, things really started to loosen up when the subject of Oprah came up which I can't touch, all I can say is you need to listen to it... "with all do respect, id make Oprah a woman." -Scarface.  After that we briefly touched on the topic of the show which was "payin for pum" which again, you just need to listen to below.

"We so Lando....." I still hum this shit to myself any given day.  A huge fan of this joint since I heard it on RappersIKnow and when we spun it on the show.  I'm really anxious to hear what H.I.S.D. comes with on their upcoming The Weakend album dropping soon.

"Allll dready..."

Devin is the damn dude lol! Even though he still owes us an interview, what up Rico?! Much respect to Devin and the Coughee Brothas, without them and the internet you would never see this much weed-related subject matter in a single music video.
